PPO Dental Plans
Select dentist from a preferred network of dentists, may go out of network for higher out of pocket costs.
Copayment -Pay a copayment at time of service. Required to reach a deductible and have a maximum.
Fee For Service
Large choice of dentists. Payment is paid directly to the dentist and is reimbursed a percentage by the administrator.
Copayment + Fee- Pay a copayment for procedures and additional fee for the dentist.
HMO Dental Plans
Limited Choice of dentist or facilities. Out of network procedures will not be covered.
Coinsurance- No deductibles or maximum. Pay a copayment for certain procedures, some procedures have zero out of-pocket costs.
Discount Plans
Discount plans are not insurance. Allow members unlimited services based on network and participating dentist fee schedule.
Fee Discounted - Out of pocket.
No deductible or maximum.
Group Dental Plans
We find the dental plan to meet your businesses dental care needs. Our customizable employer dental plans range from premier dental insurance to discount dental plans. Employers may choose "Sponsored plans" where the employer contributes to monthly premiums or "Voluntary dental plans " where the employee pays but still enjoys the benefits of the lower cost of a small or large group plan.
